The Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)service is a fast and secure way to make direct deposits or pre-authorized payments from one bank account to another.

Holiday Schedule

The various holidays that occur throughout the year impact the normal operating hours of the EFT platform. Here is the calendar to consult in order to plan your transactions.

Did you know?

  1. For a transaction made on the EFT platform to be dated on the same day, it must be completed before 3:30 p.m. If not, it will bear the next day’s date.
  2. EFT super administrators can reinitialize their passwords and those of their users. To do so, they must proceed as follows:
    1. Open the “User Management” tab.
    2. Select the user whose password they wish to change.
    3. In the “Password” section, enter the new password twice.
    4. Select “Save” and “Change”.
  3. Super administrators are advised of their daily limit (by due date) in the welcome letter they receive from their coordinator when registering for the service.
