Marie-Christine Custeau is Laurentian Bank’s Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer. Her role includes overseeing the development, implementation and evolution of the Bank's strategic plan, aligning sector plans, managing the transformation roadmap, prioritizing organizational initiatives and facilitating the value creation for customers.


With a career spanning over 17 years in the financial sector, including more than a decade in various management positions at Laurentian Bank, Marie-Christine has in-depth expertise in various aspects of the business, including sales effectiveness, business process improvement, change management, marketing and communications. She is recognized for her ability to exercise cross-functional leadership.


A graduate of the Université de Sherbrooke with bachelor's and master's degrees in finance, Marie-Christine is also a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA). Her qualifications, combined with extensive experience in the banking sector, give her a holistic understanding of the complex issues facing the banking sector.
