Legal notice
- Packages and inherent advantages cannot be combined with any other offer from the Laurentian Bank. One banking package per account. Charges apply to transactions not included in the package or exceeding the afforded limit. For more information on charges, please refer to the current My Transaction Tools guide.
- The Business 10 package does not include the following: 50% discount on monthly charges for overdraft protection.
- Provincial and federal government remittance charges are not included in the package and are at the client’s expense.
- Registration is required to use the 24 h Deposit Box. Please inquire about the terms, conditions and availability of the service in branch.
- Some ABM operators & retailers charge user fees. These fees are not Laurentian Bank service charges.
- Subject to credit approval. Overdraft annual interest rate charges still apply.
- A foreign currency deposit (US$) made at a Laurentian Bank ABM equals three banking transactions. Contact your branch advisor or your coordinator to choose the package best suited to your banking habits.
- Bills payment is not available at THE EXCHANGE® ABM.
- Deposit bags are not included in this package.
- If an Instrument is in a currency other than the currency of the Account, and the Instrument is to be credited to or debited from the Account, you agree that we may convert the Instrument at the applicable currency conversion rate established by us at our discretion for such purpose. We are not responsible for any losses related to foreign currency conversions, including those resulting from a change to our currency conversion rates between the date an Instrument is converted by us and the date the Instrument is processed or returned.
- Fees for your banking services apply to any transaction exceeding those included in the package.
- Laurentian Bank automated banking machines do not accept US $ bills and other foreign currencies. Only Canadian bills and cheques in US and Canadian currency are accepted.
- It is not possible to add a new payee at a Laurentian Bank automated banking machine. To perform this transaction, log in to your LBCDirect Business account or contact Customer Service at 1-800-252-1846.
- It is not possible to pay a bill with a variable reference number at a Laurentian Bank automated banking machine. To perform this transaction, log in to your LBCDirect Business account or contact Customer Service at 1-800-252-1846.
- This service is available to clients with an account where only a single cardholder’s signature is needed to carry out transactions.
- Funds from deposits or transfers made at THE EXCHANGE® Network ABMs may be held for a maximum of five (5) working days. It is not possible to perform fund withdrawals or transfers with an account that requires more than one cardholder signatures to carry out transactions.
- Deposit limits may vary depending on the ABM operator.
- Laurentian Bank withholds funds on the amount exceeding the daily limit (personalization rating) associated with your debit card when you deposit cheques and commercial instruments into your account at an automated banking machine. The maximum hold on funds for a deposit or transfer made at a Laurentian Bank ABM is five (5) business days for cheques in Canadian dollars and twenty (20) business days for cheques in US dollars drawn from an American financial institution.
