Postal service disruption help and FAQ.

Due to the current Canada Post labour dispute, mail deliveries will be delayed. This includes new or replacement cards, statements and payments by cheque.

Note: You remain responsible for ensuring your payments are made on time, even if you don’t receive your statements and invoices in the mail.
